• GoStudent is seeking AI-native individuals and teams of up to three people to build new business models based on its existing infrastructure. Participants can choose from 14 predefined problems or develop their own revenue-driven ideas.
• The founders hold 75 percent of the company, while GoStudent holds 25 percent. There is no initial salary; revenue is expected to come from company profits. GoStudent receives fees on sales generated through its channels and can acquire a majority stake from the third year onward at a pre-agreed EBITDA multiple, paid for in GoStudent shares.
• GoStudent provides access to more than 200,000 customers, over 850 locations, licenses such as BAMF approval, and subsidiaries in five countries. Goals are agreed upon every 90 days; repeated failure to meet these goals may result in the termination of access to customers and locations.
• Applications should be addressed to co-founder Felix Ohswald (CEO) and Gregor Müller (COO). The first round of applications closes on December 15, 2026. Decisions are expected before Christmas, with the start planned for January 2027.
