Netlock appointed George Tilesch as a senior executive; he will shape the company’s AI strategy, support international growth, and lead AI product development.

- Tilesch has more than 25 years of experience, including senior roles at Microsoft, EY, and Ipsos, and has focused exclusively on AI since 2015.
- Netlock was acquired in February 2026 by András Somkuti and Bálint Lévai; its renewed platform launched in September with electronic signatures, KYC, digital identity, and document management.
- Netlock plans to add contract lifecycle management, content authentication, and advanced cryptography to its digital administration portfolio.
